Sahera is a global leadership consultant, author, keynote speaker, coach, and Director at UNAA(NSW), leading the Human Rights pillar and Peace Ambassador (IEP). She has been relentlessly working on her mission to “empower leaders for a better world,” leaving her mark in over 25 countries and has undertaken capacity-building projects with organizations like the World Bank, WHO, World Food Program, and Aga Khan Foundation, often in far and remote destinations.

Sahera is also the Founder of Worldwide SHEroes, a social enterprise dedicated to connecting women from underserved communities with accomplished global mentors. Through this mentorship platform, she aims to guide and inspire women to reach their leadership potential, promote self-reliance and improve economic equity for all. In just two years, Worldwide SHEroes has engaged with 150 women across 35 countries, dedicating 1000 hours to leadership mentoring and aligning these efforts with 5 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
